"Uh, Santa, We have a problem"

For weeks Mason has been asking for a "weal wight saber." That is it, nothing else. Santa was thinking this kid would be easy! Then he added on a Batman watch, little trickier, but Santa thinks ahead, so he had the elves prepare that gift as well. Feeling confident for over a week, Santa moved on to other children. Well, thanks to Daddy satisfying the "wight saber" itch with a cheap one on the RiverWalk in San Antonio last week, and a longtime family friend, Mason has decided he now wants a drum set and a tuba. Well, I tried nicely telling him that Santa would not be delivering a drum or a tuba because Santa knows that Mommy gets grumpy with really loud toys. His response was, "okay then, he should bwing cymbals because I can cwash them softwy." He was somewhat convinced he wasn't getting one when my aunt told him he had to be in a high school band to have a tuba. So, Santa went shopping today and what do you know, there was a small music set which included a drum, that would be fun to play occasionally at the house. So feeling quite pleased about making some little boy very happy Santa hung up his hat for the night. At the same time, the elves were delivering new Christmas jammies to wear while eating breakfast with Santa in the morning. We decided to get our letters for Santa ready to take to him. Read for yourself...

no "wight saber", no Batman Watch, and the Drum was coaxed by mom. Don't know what a car that drives on water is or the turtle for that matter. And at the very last second he tried to add on a scooter. I told him he was out of room on the paper. In case I doubted it before, which I didn't, this kid watches too much tv and too many commercials! No more tv until after Christmas...yeah, right!

Yes, Kendall asked for Ethel, which is my mom, don't know what that is about, but she can have all of that that she wants...she is free!!! (By the way, Santa knows not to bring a
real puppy)

Dressed and ready for Breakfast with Santa in the morning!
Can't wait to see what is on tomorrow's list....
